Note: The Government has now advised everyone to stay at home unless it’s absolutely essential that you travel.
As the safety of our customers and operators is of paramount importance to us, we have made the decision to cancel all trips from Tuesday 24th March until the end of August.
For anyone who’s booked during this period, you'll be given the option to donate the cost of your ticket to Heroes, an organisation supporting NHS workers in fighting the coronavirus. If you wish to donate your trip cost, please reply to the email we send you by 10am on Friday 27th March, otherwise, we’ll process a full refund to your bank account w/c 30th March.
We’re emailing all customers about this update and you’ll no longer need to fill out the refund form.
